Villa's & Resort

The heart of Mosa Golf Resort is a Parador (300 years old spanish farm, see picture) which is rebuilt into a hotel and restaurant. In the near future the resort will be expanded with commercial zones, containing a wealth of shops, boutiques, bars, restaurants, a medical centre and a sport resort. Just outside the resort (approx. 400 mtr) you will find two typical spanish restaurants (Venta’s) where you can also buy some fresh products (bread, meat, fruit, vegetables). The resort has 24hours/day security service and a manned entrance.

Entering the house via the central hallway you come into living room, kitchen and toilet. The living room (30m2) has sliding doors leading directly to the terrace and is very well equipped. Also supplied is satellite TV, hifi installation, washing machine, freezer, airco/heater etc. On the first floor are the master bedroom with private balcony, 2 nd bedroom and the luxurious bathroom/toilet. The private garden 425 m2 has a private pool, large terrace, barbecue, garden furniture set, sun loungers and a sun parasol.

Surroundings

The villas are surrounded by an 27 holes golf course and within the resort complex are a restaurant, hotel, and a golf clubhouse, all in Spanish style. Within a short walking distance, just outside the resort, are some traditional Ventas (restaurants/shops). In the villa's themselves you will find documentation of villas and of the local attractions. Popular tourist attractions are the several markets, bodegas, traditional fiestas (Semana Santa, and Moros y Christianos), the cities Murcia (10 min), Cartagena (30 min), Elche (35 min), Alicante (45 min), the Siërra Nevada (skiing) (2.5 hours) and a daytrip to Granada/Alhambra.
